Summit Aviation has commenced flying to Machail Mata Temple from Gulabgarh. On foot this yatra takes about 3 days from Kistwar. Machail Mata Temple is a Chandi Mata temple and is an amazing place to be in, the idol of Chandi Mata is made of white Marble , the idol has closed eyes, but to the surprise of many the idol opens the eyes occasionally, moreover some of the Jewellery pieces keep moving in pendulum direction despite the fact that there is no wind inside the temple. The dates of this Yatra are fixed every year i.e. from 12th August to 28th August.
